Azu Meat

Ingredients:
Beef, pork and even chicken (any)
150 gr. cucumber marinated or salted
150 gr. Tomatoes or tomato paste
100 gr. carrots
A large head of onion.
3 cloves of garlic
Pepper, Lavrushka seasoning for meat.

Preparation:
1. Meat is cut lengthwise into pieces, throw in a hot frying pan and fry.
2. Meanwhile, peel vegetables, put in a mini combine onion and cucumber together all Schink.
3. In toasty meat add onion and cucumber, then shredded carrots, and tomatoes. If you got a little tomato sauce, add boiled water mixed with a little flour. Reduce heat, and even a little bit put out.

For garnish I like macaroni or spaghetti, because the pasta well with tomatoes.
